On Sunday 20 November, ATMS held their Pain & Inflammation Seminar, co-located with the 2016 AGM, at Pullman Melbourne, Albert Park.
For the first time, ATMS offered three keynote speakers, from Bodywork and Massage, Ingestive and TCM modalities to present their approach to the treatment of pain and inflammation in clients.

Jane Gregory, remedial massage therapist, kicked off the seminars, with her presentation on 'Pain, Palliation and Complimentary Therapies' exploring how massage and complimentary therapies can assist in the treatment of pain and inflammation in hospital environments.

David Legge, acupuncturist and osteopath, discussed the approaches to assisting clients in reducing pain and inflammation in 'Acupuncture in the Management of Pain and Inflammation.'

Vanessa Hitch, naturopath, explored strategies of 'Navigating pH Imbalance, Protein-rich Diets and Pain Signalling' to assist clients in reducing pain and inflammation by regulation pH and mineral therapies.

Offering the event free to ATMS members and 6 CPE points, the seminars quickly sold out.
